Policy

Training-only policy

This policy is a condition of using CountVision. It is presented during onboarding and must be accepted before any training session can begin.

The commitment you make

  • I will use CountVision only for non-wagered training
  • I will not use CountVision in a casino or gambling establishment
  • I will not use CountVision during any real-money game
  • I will inform people visible to the camera where required
  • I will not attempt to conceal the device or its recording indicator

How the policy is enforced

  • Acceptance is recorded with a policy version and timestamp
  • A confirmation is required before every physical-card session
  • Optional location checks block assisted sessions in restricted venues
  • Sessions can be suspended at device level
  • Violations can be reported and enter administrative review

Limits of enforcement

No control set is complete. CountVision does not claim that geofencing or device checks completely prevent misuse; the responsibility for lawful and appropriate use rests with the user.
