At a true count of 0.7, a Hi-Lo deviation applies: Stand on hard 16 against a ten at true count 0 or higher. Expected value from the remaining shoe favours surrender by a clear margin, so the training signal follows the maths. Estimated dealer bust probability is 21%, and hitting busts you 62% of the time.
