By creating an account you accept these terms and the Training-Only Policy. Both documents are versioned and your acceptance is recorded.

Permitted use

CountVision may be used only for simulated, controlled and non-wagered blackjack training and education.

Prohibited use

  • Use in a casino or other gambling establishment
  • Use during any real-money game
  • Attempting to conceal the device, camera or recording indicator
  • Circumventing safety controls, location checks or session suspension
  • Sharing accounts to evade assessment or progression gates

CountVision provides educational estimates. It makes no representation that training will produce any financial result.

Enforcement

Accounts may be suspended for breaches of these terms. Enforcement actions are logged and can be appealed through support.
