Recording and consent policy

Camera-based recognition involves other people at the training table. This policy sets out what is required before you use it.

Before you record

  • Inform everyone visible to the camera where required by law or venue rules
  • Confirm the training session is controlled and non-wagered
  • Keep the recording indicator visible at all times
  • Stop capture immediately if anyone withdraws consent

What we will not provide

  • Any mechanism to hide the recording indicator
  • Any covert or background capture mode
  • Any means of disguising the application while capture is active

Audit trail

Every session records when capture started and stopped, the confirmation you accepted and any manual corrections you made to recognised cards.
